This is my only complaint about this bike by the way The thing of it is I don't understand why this bike doesn't come with the other wheels that are solid without spokes The bike runs fantastic I've slowly but surely been actually giving it more and more and more to do and it still has not disappointed I would recommend this but I would recommend the single engine version for now because of the issue with them only selling this with spoke rims now on the plus side you can hit that little red button and it turns on your extra electric motor You're riding the same speed as traffic we all know there's not bike lanes everywhere I'm happy about the bike I will still recommend it but I'm disappointed by how this happened within the first week riding just regularly as it's supposed to be oh by the way hills are not a problem at all with this bike it accelerates going up steep inclines You're good to go there
I mostly use this bike as work transportation and for little trips to the store. I have found it to be very reliable. I did receive my shipment with an incorrect charger but they were very quick to fix that and send me the correct charger. Very appreciative for that. I like this bike and I hope to be using it for a long time to come.
These bikes are great! Needed a replacement part bc screen didn’t work out of the box. Movcan came through with getting me one! I expected Zero customer support but with some (very little) persistence and patience I managed to convey my needs and they came through with the part I needed. Bikes look great (we have 2), are reliable, and fun. We live in the sticks and literally don’t have a lock or key for our doors. Front or otherwise. I can imagine security in a city being an issue with these things. But easy enough obstacle to work with. Can’t recommend these enough. We need more options like this!!!
I saw this bike on Raspy Rides channel on youtube and ordered right away. I love the bike it rides smooth, quiet and got up to 31-32 mph. The lights on the front are bright for night rides. I love the turn signals in the rear with the brake lights makes me feel safer. Brakes are phenomenal. I did however change out the screen to a different one with voltage/current readout and added a full twist throttle personal preference. I do however wish it had more range or a faster charger if I were being picky.
Much better and brighter than the stock light it should be on the bike and not be an accesory
So far I’m very pleased with my new bike. But the seat I ordered is the exact seat that is on bike and need to return the seat
I only got 19 miles out of a full charge. My other electric bike I get 37. Disappointed.
So far it is amazing. It does everything as described. It will go 30 MPH charge time is 3-5 hours. I haven’t tested the limits of the charge but the longest distance we took them was 10 miles half of that being uphill and it went down two bars on the charge. Had it on a dirt road incline and it climbed it effortlessly. The tires/tubes are definitely not puncture resistant. Got a flat first time out. I put slime in the tubes and solved the problem.
I haven't had to much opportunity to ride it yet but what I have done, I absolutely love it.
Mostly cause I got the wrong one and im waiting for my replacement controller
overall my son like the bike.looks good for me. espically recent upgraded brake.
thing need improve:
1: the delivery delayed 1 week and package looks broken
2:front tire wheel paint is peeling off.
worked perfectly and great communication from the company
Overall is a good bike and fast but what kills it is that is to damn heavy i wouldn't recommend for someone living in a second floor or someone with a bad back
