Shipping & Returns
At Movcan, all products come with free shipping and a 30-day worry-free return policy.
How long does it take for an order to be shipped?
We usually process orders within 1-2 business days (there may be delays during holidays).
How long does it take to ship?
- For domestic orders (all e-bikes): Typically 3-7 business days
- For international orders: Usually 7-15 business days (delivery times may vary by destination)
Can you provide logistics tracking information?
Yes! After delivery, you will receive an email with the logistics tracking number to check the package's status at any time.
What is the return and exchange policy?
You can apply for a worry-free return and exchange within 30 days after receiving the product (the product must be intact and unused).
How to apply for a return/refund?
Please contact customer service or apply through the official website, and we will provide detailed instructions.
Who will bear the return shipping cost?
Returns and exchanges that are not quality issues must be borne by the customer; if there is a problem with the product, Movcan will bear the return shipping cost.
How long will it take for the refund to be received?
After the return review is passed, the refund will be returned to the original route within 3-10 working days (the specific time depends on the payment method).
What if the received product is damaged/sent by mistake?
Please contact customer service in time and provide photos or video proof, and we will give priority to exchange or refund.
