Warranty Policy

 

  • 1 year warranty for the whole bike.
  • Frame warranty 3 years, free replacement.
  • Battery warranty 1 year. Battery discharge ≤ 60% for warranty, free replacement.
  • Dashboard warranty 1 year, free replacement.
  • 3-in-1 switch warranty 1 year, free replacement.
  • Controller warranty 1 year, free replacement.
  • Motor warranty 1 year, free replacement.
  • Throttle warranty 1 year, free replacement.
  • Headlight warranty 1 year, free replacement.
  • Tail light warranty 1 year, free replacement.
  • Brake warranty 1 year, free replacement.
  • Brake pads are replaced free of charge if they are damaged within 600 miles of total accumulated mileage.
  • Outside tires are warranted for 1 year and replaced free of charge if damaged within 2,000 miles of total accumulated mileage.
  • Inner tires without holes are warranted for 3 months and replaced free of charge.
  • Other unlisted accessories are warranted for 3 months and replaced free of charge.

If your ebike has passed the warranty period, we also offer a discount service for replacement parts, allowing you to obtain original accessories at a low cost.

 

Shipping Policy

 

We use the best carriers in the industry to ensure your order arrives on time. During the checkout process, the website will automatically free shipping for orders to your delivery address.  Delivery times vary depending on the delivery address you choose, item availability, and when you place your order.

 

If customs fees happen, please contact support@movcan-bike.com, and we will bear the expenses.

 

Shipping Time

We will arrange delivery within 24 hours after you have placed your order.

We can deliver to The United States, Canada, and all of Europe countries for now.

For orders placed in the USA, CA, German, Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands,the shipping time will take 3-5 working days.

If the transport delay happens, please let us know and we will check the shipping status;

If the orders are never received, please let us know what happened, we will check with express engency and reschedule shipment or coordinate compensation.

 

Order Processing

Orders received before 2 pm PST will ship the same business day from one of our US-based warehouses. Orders received after 2 pm PST will ship the next business day.

Once your order is placed, we will send information about your order to the email address you provided during the checkout process.

The order confirmation email provides a summary of the items in your order.

Shipping Notification

Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipment notification email. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and delivery date. You can click the tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website.

To track the status of an existing order, please go to our order inquiry page. Enter your order number and the email address you used when placing your order to check the status of your order.
